These are stressful times, especially for those who struggle with anxiety and depression.  Over 30 million Americans will take an anti-depressant medication today.  Suicide is now the leading cause of injury death in America - more people kill themselves every year than die in auto accidents!  Your church, workplace, family and circle of friends is likely filled with people who are overwhelmed.  I can help. Over the past several years I have developed a concise and powerful workshop to give strugglers the tools they need to address their battle from biological, psychological, social and spiritual "attack" points.  This seminar can be presented in one, two or three-hour formats and is designed to equip strugglers with the practical tools they need to quickly move closer to help, hope and healing.
